Hey, just read the news this morning and I just HAD to respond! Nahihirapan din ako mag-Filipino, pero nagtiyatiyaga ako magsalita kahit minsan mali yung balarila (grammar/syntax?). LOL! Like Mark, I grew up in HK, and later ended up in the Philippines. And like Mark, I relatively suck at Filipino. I wish him all the best, and good luck with his Filipino lessons. Hahaha!

Hi Jane, you really should learn the language of the heart of the Pinoys! Get a copy of Salitang Pinoy Tagalog Book. Promise!! You’ll learn the language fast and only if you do your homework too like doing the exercises in the Student’s book.
